Copyright & Intellectual Property
ClearAxis retains full ownership and rights to all raw and edited aerial footage, images, and digital assets captured during flight operations.
Licensing & Usage
Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for intended marketing and sales purposes upon full payment.
Copyright Infringement & Unauthorized Use
Any copying, redistribution, reselling, or commercial use of footage by third parties without explicit written permission from ClearAxis is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
Social Media & Portfolio Rights Disclaimer
ClearAxis reserves the right to use any captured footage, photos, and post-production assets for self-promotion, website portfolios, marketing campaigns, and social media platforms, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is executed prior to flight.
These terms are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties on a project-specific agreement.
